These terms cover your use of Gameday, a live scoring and team management app for baseball and softball. By using the app you agree to them.
You must be 18 or older to create an account. A parent, guardian or coach may add a player under 18 to a roster and manages that player's participation. Minors do not register on their own.
Your team's rosters, stats, messages, photos and game data belong to you and your team. You give us permission to store, display and process that content solely to operate the app for you — for example, showing your box score to your team, or generating a recap you asked for.
You're responsible for having the right to enter the information you enter, including having the appropriate consent before adding another person's details or a minor's details to a roster.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we don't guarantee that statistics, standings or pitch-count warnings are error-free — they reflect what was entered by the people scoring the game.
Pitch counts and player safety. Pitch-count limits and rest-day warnings in the app are a convenience based on published guidelines. They are not medical advice and do not replace the judgment of coaches, parents and medical professionals.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gameday and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost statistics, or lost opportunities arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or $50 USD.
You can stop using Gameday at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, or if we discontinue the service — in which case we'll give reasonable notice and a way to export your data.
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll update the date above and notify you in the app. Continuing to use Gameday means you accept the updated terms.
